Rosemary Garlic Turkey Wings + Rosemary Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

So I never really thought about making turkey wings, until one day I saw my friend make some turkey wings and they looked so delicious! Growing up, my mother sometimes made turkey wings with this cream sauce and it was always SOOOO Delicious!!!! But me being me, i wanted to have my own take on turkey wings and came up with this recipe off the top of my head! It turned out to be a HIT, so I hope you all enjoy it as well! It is so flavorful and it’s actually pretty healthy!

I paired these turkey wings and potatoes with some green beans made in the Instant Pot! It would even go great with asparagus or broccoli!

Rosemary Garlic Turkey Wings

Ingredients:

  • Poultry seasoning

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Kosher salt

  • Chili powder

  • Paprika

  • Pepper

  • 1 Sliced Yellow Onion

  • 1 pack of Turkey wings (I used a 3 pack)

  • Cast iron skillet or baking pan

  • Olive oil

  • 2 cups of chicken stock (regular or low-sodium)

  • 5 cloves of garlic (preferably crushed or cut)

  • Rosemary seasoning

  • Slap Yo Mama seasoning or your favorite brand cajun seasoning

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Burn or cut off any hair attached to your turkey wings.

Instructions:

  • Coat your turkey wings in a thin layer of olive oil.

  • Season your turkey wings with the seasonings listed above (I prefer seasoning my meat in the morning or the night before for more flavor)

  • Turn stove-top onto medium-high and add 3/4 cups of olive oil to cast-iron skillet.

  • Add in the 5 cloves of garlic and roast until browned.

  • Once the garlic is browned, add in the turkey legs, chicken broth, and chopped onions.

  • Place wings in the oven for 40 minutes.

  • In the last 5-10 minutes, turn the oven on low broil, place on second rack, and allow your skin to crisp up. Watch carefully to ensure you don’t burn your wings.

  • Once done, place skillet back on stove and base the turkey wings. Enjoy!

Rosemary Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (SUPER EASY)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack of baby red and yellow potatoes or regular potatoes (diced)

  • baking pan

  • Olive oil

  • Rosemary seasoning

  • 1 Sliced yellow onion

  • Jane's Krazy Chunky Mixed-Up Garlic Seasoning

  • Grated parmesan

  • Kosher salt

  • Garlic Powder

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  • Place diced potatoes in the baking pan

  • Coat fully in olive oil

  • Add in all the seasonings listed above, except the Jane’s Krazy seasoning and parmesan cheese, be careful with salt as you don’t want to over-season.

  • Add in the onions on top and place in the oven.

  • Bake for 25 minutes.

  • Once done baking, take out the oven and sprinkle Jane's Krazy Chunky Mixed-Up Garlic Seasoning and the grated parmesan cheese on top.

  • Serve immediately!

Side note for turkey wings: If you don’t own a cast-iron skillet, you may can find them for cheap at a local walmart or grocery store or you can just transfer the contents in the skillet to a baking pan.
